Returns and Exchanges
Alana is devoted to your satisfaction and is grateful for your support of her art.
If you wish to return your order, we will accept all returns shipped back within 10 business days of the original shipment. The credit card charged will be reimbursed for the full amount of purchase minus the shipping charge. Any item returned after 10 business days and up to 14 business days from the original shipment, will be given an Alana Leigh credit for exchange toward your next purchase.
